Messim Auto Gulf

Review: I'm not sure which name this company goes by maybe all because my credit card receipt states [redacted] but my service order receipt shows Messim Auto Inc on the letterhead and Gulf as the name of the gas station.On Monday February **, 2015 around 3pm I went to the [redacted] at [redacted] and asked for an oil change. They have a sign out advertising oil changes for $14.99. That sign as been out near the curb of route 6 for at least a week or so. After receiving my oil change the guy told the lady behind the counter its $25. I asked the lady why is it $25 she said she didn't know to ask the guy. So I opened the side door stuck my head in and asked why the oil change was $25 he said to cover the filter and waste I said ok I understand that but you have a sign that states oil changes $14.99 he said yeah that's our trick to get you inside it doesn't cover the filer waste and something else he said I can't remember. I told him if I knew it was going to be that much I would not have come in I would have gone somewhere else. He said yeah but it's still cheap. So after I paid he gave me a credit card receipt I told him I wanted an itemized bill showing that I got an oil change today not a credit card receipt stating I got a repair. So after waiting another 10 mins for him to give me a receipt that was itemized on their letterhead the oil change was really $24.37. So I asked why did you tell her(the attendant) that it was $25 and here it states $24.37 he said I didn't tell her that. So not only did I pay $25 for a $14.99 advertised oil change but I was still over charges on my invoice. On Thursday Febuary **, 2015 I went to the [redacted] to take pictures of the $14.99 advertised oil change sign still out on the curb near route 6 in [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the portion of the over payment due to the false advertisement and I want them to take down that sign. It is wrong to state that and oil change is $14.99 up to 4 quarts then charge someone $25. That's false advertisement and bad for business in this small community. No one else should go through what I had to because of their bad business.
