On July 31st I paid *** $600 labor and $50 in materials to fix a leak in my window. His original estimate was for 500-600 to fix the leak that was most likely coming from the deck. His quote included putting a new flashing in (if needed) but was certainly going to fix the leak. When he came out to fix the leak he was here for 1.5 and did not do anything with the deck. He did pull down the siding and addressed what he said was the problem. That being caulking the window and a piece of siding. After the first rain, it was still leaking and he came out and caulked a little more. The window still leaked in the same manner it did before.

Over the next 188 days, he has agreed to come out 7 times and have never showed up. Each time he does not call to say he is not coming, he just does not show.

On November 18th he agreed to refund me $100 of the $600 paid to him. This has not happened.

On Jan 21st I paid a company to isolate the leak. They provided me with the exact issue (deck) and how to fix it. I reached out to *** and told him of the findings. He said that he would come out and fix that. He agreed to come out Jan 22nd. After he did not show I reached out on the 23rd and said he did not come because of the weather. I have been unable to get any sort of resolution in 188 days
