The client have stated that he used the product for over 1 month.  The company policy is that we do not refund anything over 30 days of use..  According to our records, the client have been refunded 50% of the product charged for December of 2014 totaling $44.98 for metaboost on 12/5/2014.  Nevertheless, we have refunded the client the full amount of December which amounts to $49.92.  The total refund the client received now amounts to $94.90 which is a full month of supply which the client have already used.  Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to show.  In regards to NO2Blast, please contact the company directly.

Review: I didn't like how the customer service was handle, waited 40 minutes on the phone to be connected to a agent, having problems refunded my payment, unsatisfied with the product.Desired Settlement: I want my payment restored to my account.

Review: I recently requested tow products online called Metaboost and NO2 Blast. A one month supply was supposed to be sent for only the shipping and handling charges, which amounted to $4.95 for each product. I received that one month supply promptly. Then, one month later, I received an additional bottle of eacg product. I assumed it was a mistake, and I did not realize I was billed the bottles' actual prices, so I accepted them, thinking it was a shipping error. I received an additonal bottle of each product one month later, and again thought it was a mistake. I decided to look at my bank statement for any billing of these bottles a few days ago. What I found was that I had been sent each bottle for the cost that is charged for the products, $89.95 for Metaboost and $80.95 for NO2 Blast. I was additionally charged $4.95 for shipping and handling for each product for totals of $94.90 and $85.90, respectively. When I found out I was being charged for this product, I was outraged, as I had never agreed to purchase additional bottles for either product. I called the company and they said I could cancel at any time, even though I had never agreed to be billed each month the total amount. I was told initially that I could receive a 15% discount, then, when I complained further, I was told I could receive a 25% discount. With further complaint, I was told December's shipment could be reduced 50%. I demanded a full refund as I had never wished to receive any additional products beyond the initial free bottles. In the end, I was billed for full charges at the beginning of October, November and December, the last time being the month I had decided to check my bank statement. I have not received the 50% on the last month, though I hope that it will show up on my bank statement at a minimum. All totaled, it was a cost of $600 (almost $500 if the 50% refund for the last months' products is processed) for products I had never requested. I would appreciate any help. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the October, November and December charges, totaling $542.40.

Review: On Nov 19 -2014, I ordered a free 30 day trial for Meta boost and NO-2 Blast supplements. I authorized to pay for the shipping and handling of the product $4.95 and $5.95 for both ,as their website explains its a 30 Day risk free trial . On Dec 2nd 2014 I was about to take money out for my rent when I noticed Two unauthorized charges on my Bank Account one for $79.95 & another for $89.95 .I could not believe it .After Reviewing my account and the Meta boost & NO-2 Blast receipt .No where on the receipt did it say the amount I was was going to pay for their free trial nor did they say when they were going to charge me .It has not been 30 days and they charged me for something I did not order yet. I just got their free trial last week although they charged me two separate delivery when they both came in the same package .When I called to get my full refund ,they apologized and said they could only give me 15% back after 20 min on the phone they said they can refund only 25% .I told them I want my 100% money back I am not paying $169.90 for their free trial sample. I was given a different address for their location to ship back their suppose called Free Sample. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want my full refund as promised on the Website. I Also want to make sure Meta Boost & NO-2 Blast are a real Business and if so ,to stop false advertising ,charging peoples twice for shipping when it comes in the same package, and Especially to stop charging peoples credit & debit account without full consent .

Review: BEWARE of this company. They offer a trial period for their product for only $5.95 for a 30-day supply of this supplement. IF you cancel the order BEFORE 14 days you can keep the product and no further charges. IF you cancel AFTER the 14 days you are charged $89.95 for the product. The website is very sneaky about this fact however. They say CANCEL ANYTIME or RECIEVE A FULL REFUND IF RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS but you only get the refund if the product is not opened. These pills do absolutely NOTHING. They are not as described AT ALL!!! They are worthless and do not fullfill what the advertising suggests!!Desired Settlement: I want a refund for this product. I cancelled just after 14 days because I was dealing with a family emergency. I cancelled because these pills are worthless.I want a refund for the MetaBoost AND N02! Metaboost was $89.95 and N02 was $79.95

Review: I called company after advertisement on TV and agreed to recieve a sample bottles of NO2Blast and MetaBoost and all the salesperson told me I had to pay was shipping. Then I noticed they charged my credit card without my authorization for an autoship to deliver monthly a product that I only wanted one sample. I called customer service and they would not give me a 100% refund for the unauthorized %95 charge.Desired Settlement: Full refund of the $95 charge without shipping anything back.
