I placed an order on this companies' website and it was processed and supposedly shipped on September 12thTheir confirmation email says that it would take 4-days to get to meThat means it should have been delivered by September 19th at the latestIt had been more than days and I still had not received my packageSo I sent them an email regarding this on September 25thOn top of that I checked the UPS tracking number, that same day (Sept25th) and it read that it was still in ChinaTherefore, this meant the package probably wouldn't get to me for another week or soI stated all of this in my email and said that I believe some sort of compensation should be offered due to the inaccuracy of the shipping displayed in the confirmation message as well as having me wait an additional week to receive my itemsI asked that they get back to me with a solution for this inconvenienceThey emailed me back pointing me towards their delivery policy and made it seem like it was a post
