According to our records, the customer ordered our testosterone booster and muscle builder on a 14 day trial basis back on 12/19/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.95 and $3.95. The trial expired on 01/03/2018 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 01/03/2018: $89.37 for the testosterone booster and $85.97 for the muscle builder.The customer contacted our Customer Service on 01/10/2018 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did. However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing a full refund for the charges on 01/03/2018: $89.37 for the testosterone booster and $85.97 for the muscle builder for any misunderstanding when placing the order. affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes. According to our records, the customer ordered our testosterone booster and muscle builder on a 14 day trial basis back on 08/30/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.95 and $3.95. The trial expired on 09/14/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 09/14/2017: $89.37 for the testosterone booster and $85.97 for the muscle builder. Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect. The following month on 10/14/2017 the customer was charged for new shipments:$89.37 for the testosterone booster and $85.97 for the muscle builder. The customer contacted our Customer Service on 10/16/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did. The customer also advised our Customer Service that they had filed a dispute through their financial institution. We then directed our customer to contact us with their financial institution so we could verify the dispute would be dropped before processing refunds. Unfortunately on 10/25/2017 the customer's account was flagged as a chargeback due to the customer filing a dispute with their financial institution, in which their financial institution has ruled the dispute in our favor. However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing a full refund for the charges on 10/14/2017: $89.37 for the testosterone booster and $85.97 for the muscle builder for any misunderstanding when placing the order.
