As of today I still have not gotten a refund and I have not been able to speak to Meta again because no one answers the phone [redacted]

I spoke with [redacted] on Jan. 22nd, 2018 at 12p and everything has been resolved today with her.  We gave her 1 week credit and she was satisfied.
