Dear[redacted];My name is [redacted] and I am the President of Metaball Fitness Systems. We want you to know that we give customer service the highest priority and I want to apologize to you for any inconvenience that you encountered. Obviously we have failed you in this area and would like to gain your trust again. We are in transitioning from one customer service company to another company at this time who will handle our customer service and facebook comments going forward. Unfortunately in the process the ball was dropped. I have looked into your order personally. Please find the following information I have from FedEx below regarding the delivery of your work-out-system. As you can see it was delivered to the correct address and we sent it out overnight so you would receive it before Christmas. I am not saying that it happened in your case, but their have been insidences of packages taken outside customers homes.  In your note attached below that doesn’t seem to be the case since you had folks who were there and could receive it.From the rest of your letter regarding a new order being sent out - again their was a breakdown in communication on our part but that problem has been handled with the new firm. In between all of this going on with customer service issue,  my partner [redacted] tragically was killed in an accident on January 17, 2015. You may have seen the outpouring condolences from around the world. [redacted] dead: Fitness model and Hollywood actor killed by train - Mirror Online [redacted] We hope that you will join us in [redacted] Legacy moving forward. To show you our appreciation I would personally like to send you another ball if you would like us to or we are happy to refund your money immediately. On December 18, 2014 I received an email stating "Hello, thank you for your purchase of the Metaball Fitness System. Your order is now ready to ship immediately and you will receive via FedEx. The amount due is listed in order for your product to ship and an additional $80 will be due within 30 days. Please let us know if you have any questions! Thank you." The amount I paid for my order to ship, including shipping, was $124.75. I never received my order. On December 30, 2014 I emailed the company requesting a tracking number for my order. I received no response. I went on their facebook page and wrote on their page that someone needed to contact me from the company and explain to me what was going on with my order. No response. It wasnt until I threatened to contact the Revdex.com that I was sent a Personal Message on facebook saying "[redacted], can we get your phone number? We will call you, a new order was just sent out today via FedEx, we are trying to see what happen to your first one." I never received a second order and they never called me. They said the tracking number said my order was delivered on December 23, 2014. I had two people at home who would have accepted the package. Nothing was received. The order must have been delivered to the wrong address. I opened an investigation with FedEx and they said they would contact the driver but there were "no promises on locating the package." I have not heard from FedEx. On January 9, 2015 I was advised that I would be given a refund for my initial payment of $60.00 but I never received that refund. January 12, 2015 was the last time I heard from the company. I have contacted them six times via facebook and email and have not received a response. At this point I'm fed up with trying to contact someone who will not contact me back.Complaint Background:Product/Service: Metaball Fitness SystemPurchase Date: 10/14/2014Problem Occurred: 12/30/2014Order Number: 0020053Name of Salesperson: Purchase Price: $194.70Disputed Amount: $194.70 Desired Settlement:                       I would like a full refund of my initial and second payment equaling $194.70.
