I was issued a Visa debit card for rewards from Pep Boys. Meta Bank was the issuer. My card was rejected and then expired. Bank refuses to activate
I was issued a rewards debit card by Pep Boys through Meta Bank. The card was rejected at points of sale multiple times before I could use it. No live person is available to address the concern. My card finally expired and I got through a live person at Meta Bank by randomly pressing telephone buttons until a customer service rep answered. The connection was really bad but I did hear that they will not extend the expired card. This is a deceptive and hard to contact vendor. The cards are hard to use and get rejected at points of sale. I lost $50 on this card. Real pain right now in the COVID crisis.

I. File a complaint for unauthorized transaction june 18 .2020@8:30 am account for $42.00. So metabank told me my dispute will be settled on july 2 .

So I call metabank now they are telling me july 31.2020. Also they HAD not been in contact WITH the company boost mobile about this unauthorized transactions in amount of $42.00. That was took from my account at 742am. On june 10.2020.

Refund
Made a order to Nike but cancelled 5 mins late Nike never processed the order of 542.37 and the bank will not release my funds they asked for info from Nike which I send and they say it's not good enough they need more contacted Nike again and they send info bank still won't release my funds of 542.37. It's been since June 15th. And I still don't have my refund.

On 6/7/20 I received in the mail a money network card with my name and address as the holder from Metabank represented by Bank of America. I have not applied for any cards in years and I was forced to close all my credit cards because of fraud, phishing & demon cowards like this trying to use my identity. I want this company to trace down exactly who & when these thieves opened this card acct. in my name. I have just had to spent all day, first trying to call all 3 credit bureaus to freeze my credit that I could not do on the phone, which is a crime. I had to go on this computer that I just put my ss# in to apply for a gun license and put in my personal info at the credit bureaus to get a freeze. I quess since putting in my ss# this is where these theives are getting my info.
THIS COMPANY IS BACKED BY BANK OF AMERICA AND I WAS FORCED TO CLOSE MY CREDIT CARD WITH THEM LAST YEAR, SO I DON'T KNOW WHAT THIS SCAM IS, BUT PLEASE STOP IT AND INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY AND FIND OUT WHO IS TRYING TO OPEN CARDS IN MY NAME.THANK YOU.

My refund was transfered from *** to Meta Bank. Maters card company representatives, several, have notified me that Meta Bank has my money.
I traveled to Europe using a travelex card, I cashed out by wire and the money was transfered to a Meta bank instead of my bank. I never received my money and every time I call master card, they say that it is in Meta Bank. Several representatives from master card have told me that my money is still in Meta Bank. I have called Meta Bank several times and the call gets transfered, then ignored.

Over charge on fees ,denial of despite charges,due to disposition as inmate fund release account
