I just received the email about Complaint ID # [redacted] being closed and I would like to provide a rebuttal to the company's response to my complaint I have NEVER received their refund from 12/24/ That is why I have filed this complaint I had a call with them and spoke with a supervisor named Brandon Aon 1/3/and he told me that he would not re-issue the refund even though I can prove and my bank can prove that no refund ever came through for $ My bank is pursuing this matter as a fraud investigation also just for your information Please call me if you have any questions - [redacted] .Thank you! I do not accept this resolution, as it is not a resolution at allMy reasons:Legitimate businesses refund money upon cancellation of the order and return of the product This company did not do that I waited days for the refund to show up on my card and when it did not, I began callingThe consumer should not have to beg to get his/her money returnedI have been lied to times by "customer service" reps from this business: On 11/16/16, I called and spoke with "Cassandra" who told me that my credit card would not allow them to process a credit to my accountShe stated they would mail a check to me The check never came Lie #1. On 1/7/2017, I spoke with "Simone" who stated that they had issued a refund to my credit card company on 11/24/And that "the credit card company didn't process it" I checked my account balances for November and December, I called my credit card company, ***, and was told they had never received anything Lie #2. After speaking with ***, I called again on 1/7/and spoke to "Sulema" who said that she issued a credit to my card - and there still is nothing there(Lie #3) After this call is when I decided to contact the Revdex.com.This people who run this organization are thieves
