The business advertised a 14 day sample with the consumer only paying shipping and handling, $10.74, which I payed using my debit card. There was nothing saying there would additional charges unless another order was placed. 14 days after placing the order, my debit card was charged another $195.48.
When I contacted the business I was told that I had to contact them within 14 days to tell them that I did not like the product in order to not be charged. There was nothing on the order form or their website stating this.
This company is using false/deceptive advertising to get people to place an order thinking it will cost $10.74 and then later charging them an additional $195.48.
When searching for this company on the Revdex.com website, I noticed a company, CanopyHemp Oil, with a similar name and address. This leads me to believe that these people are changing the name of the company in order to avoid being held responsible for the scam.

I tried dermacort sent from this address with no idea I was going to be charged 188.00 for a second delivery. I called to cancel and they are only agreeing to a 25% refund. when I asked for the manger the woman hung up on me. I called my charge card and they have already been paid. they said they cancelled any further shipments but who knows....totally a scam.

Company continues to send product without prior approval and will not accept the unopened product back and return customer's money.
I purchased this product as a trial for 14.95, they later charged me the full price, then the company sends out more of their product and charges my account. I did not ask for any additional items, and I did not give them permission to take this money out of my account for continuous sales. The product is Ketodiet 180 Cleanse and Ketodiet 180 Forskolin. The company did not ask if I wanted to purchase more, but moreso I did not authorize this purchase. This is a fraudulent operation and I would like a refund for both purchases, July 2019 and August 2019. I will also be filing a complaint through my bank as well. I paid for this through my checking account MC/debit.

This company is operating a fraud. They offer a 14 day free trial. They disclose price nowhere. They then charge you $150 monthly for two small bottles of supplements. There is no way to cancel. No way to get refund. The price is nowhere. Online they say 14 days free but then they charge you retroactively for both the cleanse and the supplement to the time of $150. What a total scam.

I have been trying to cancel 2 products being sent to me on a monthly basis for one year. I have called multiple times and they refuse to cancel this order and they continue charging my credit card.

14 day free trial turned into a $500+ mess. Trial did not say they will continue pulling out of my CC.
This started 09/21/18 when I filled a trial offer online for metabochoice pills. No where did it say it will automatically charge me again and again. It also did not say how much it cost? I was under the assumption after the trial I would either get a email or something if I wanted more...but I was charged: $79.95 and $89.95. Then on 10/23/18 I was charged $85.90 and $94.90. Then on 11/22/18 I was charged $85.90 and $94.90. This was for metabochoice forskolin and metabochoice african mango. I called their customer service XXX-XXX-XXXX and the lady kept trying to push me to keep it. I finally got her to cancel it.

Answered an add for a free trial where you only pay shipping. Then was billed $89.95 & 79.95 monthly. When I called they said there was a place on the order where I agreed to monthly subscription. I have gone back to the web sites and cannot find that clause. After a most disagreeable conversation with their customer service, they agreed to refund 75% of what they charged. I want 100%. This is fraud !

I ordered a product called KETO Absolute. The product was free all you had to do was pay shipping.
I read the fine print. Then 1 week later there was a charge to my acct. for $89.95. I called my bank because I didn't recognize the charge. They said it was from the KETO absolute. I told them that I only authorized a shipping/handling charge of $4.95, nothing else. This was supposed to be a product to enhance those using a Ketogenic lifestyle. On the Ketogenic diet there is no rice allowed. After reading the label I noticed that one of the first ingredients in the product is RICE. This is not an authentic product.

When I called the company they said they would only refund 1/2 the amount of the charge. I told them that I had spoken with my bank and that if they didn't refund all my money that a fraud investigation was going to be opened by the bank. The representative spoke with his supervisor and stated that I would receive a full refund within 24 hours. I am waiting to see if the rep's upholding his promise or not. This is definitely a fraudulent company.

On February 24,2018 I received an email from Metabochoice offering a free product trial for a shipping only charge of $4.95.

I carefully examined the verbiage on the email to determine whether this involved a further commitment on my part and did not find this stated in the email.

In March, I received another bottle of Metabochoice. I emailed the company and requested cancellation and refund of $89.95. I did not hear back from them. I returned the product to them. by mail.

Again, for the months of April, May, June and July I also received product that I did not order. I was charged $94.90 per month for this "herbal vitamin." I emailed request to cancel and returned the product.

Seeing the July charge of $94.90, I called Metabochoice. They attempted to scam me over the phone, offering me a 25% refund, then a 50% refund and finally a 75% refund which I agreed to just to end the conversation. They antagonized and patronized me over the telephone, constantly put me on hold and told me I would have to stay on the line with them while they individually credited each transaction.

After 40 minutes on the phone, I advised them that I had to leave for a doctor's appointment. They told me I would have to call them back to wait on the line with them while they proceeded with the other credits. All of this was a tactical maneuver on their part to dissuade me from pursuing a refund.

I told them to issue the credits and send me a confirming email. I have not heard a word from them since this horrific call on Weds. July 18.

I have spoken with my credit card company who was aware of these scammers. Metabochoice does not disclose terms of subscription on their email.When you attempt to cancel, they refer you to "terms of sale" on their web site and advise you that you are bound by these terms.

I never had to occasion to review terms of sale on their web site as I ordered the sample from email marketing.

I DID NOT agree to order this product and I am seeking a full refund of charges.
