Review: Owner has not produced a title. It's been nearly 6 weeks since the sale. I was told by the owner that he made a shady personal loan for 10 or 12 titles and cannot locate the person who he pawned them to. I asked for a refund and was offered 1/2 of the purchase price back. Still do not have a title.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money back to buy a car from an honest reputable person. I would also like for others to be made aware of the less than honorable person they are dealing with when spending hard earned money.

Review: The owner of this dealership sold me a car off his lot without having the title. Car was purchased on 04/13/15 and as of 06/29/15 still not received my title. Owner Refuses to do anything about problem except give me 5 day temporary dealer tags. I am not a dealer!Desired Settlement: I just want the title to my car so I can register the car in my name. My next step will be to contact the District Attorney about this matter.

Review: My sister bought a car from this used car lot. shes had the car for over a month. she has yet to get her title and he promised her that he would pay for she had done to the car shortly afte she got it. the guy who runs the lots name is [redacted]. everytime she tries to call him he doesnt answer and everytime she goes there he dodges her and leaves the lot. from what I understand this is the only person having problems with this guy. he doesnt want to give people the titles to their cars and its quite frustrating. thanks and please give me call or email me.Desired Settlement: I would like him to honor his agreement to give her the title and pay the work she had done to the car.

Review: I purchased a Honda Accord '00, 48hrs later transmission breaks.I contact owner Rex, he switches the car for another car with a promise to find me something in my budget a week later the 01 camry is breaking down.I return this car, requested my money back.. and still cannot get in contact with dealer,or had any luck receiving my refund.I have been calling, stopping by dealership for over a week and still no satisfaction.Desired Settlement: I desire my 2,400 dollar refund and reimbursement for the oil change on camry.

Review: Purchased a used vehicle from this dealer. AFTER I had paid them for the vehicle, I was told by the DMV that it was salvaged. They never disclosed that it was salvaged, they completely lied to me. I was driving around in a salvaged, totaled, unsafe vehicle without even knowing. I could of lost my life due to their wreck-less greed. After I had asked very nicely for their help, they told me that it wasn't their problem and they proceeded to yell profanities at me over the phone. I would never wish this kind of treatment on the worst of my enemies. They put my life in danger, all so they can make a fast dollar.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the money I paid for the vehicle back. The amount I paid was $2300, but that amount could never make up for the emotional trauma that the dealer has put me through.
