Review: Purchased a $259 mototcycle air horn online 03/31/2011. received horn in a timly manner but one of the horns did not work. Sent back to Metal Arts Inc in April or May 2011. After a couple of months I started calling to find the status of my horn. I called 1 to 2 times per week also sending an ocasional e-mail. Finally received a call back in December 2011. Owner stated he had been in hospital and had nearlly died. Said my horn was repaired and he would ship it. I ask for a refund as I had grown tired of waiting and had purchased another air horn. Started calling again in January 2012. Received a call in March 2012 from a man saying he was the owners son, and that my horn was not repaired.Said he would repair it and ship. I ask again for a refund as I already had another horn. shipped horn anyway. Contacted Metal Arts again (son again) told him I was shipping horn back and wanted a refund. Son called and said there was nothing wrong with horn, it was working correctly. Told him again I had already purchased another horn and wanted a refund. Son told me it had been too long for him to credit back to my credit card (PayPal)and he would send a check. Talked with owner about 2 months later, was told I had mounted horn and he could not give me a refund but he would send the horn. It is the end of May 2013, no refund no horn.Desired Settlement: $259 cashers check or money order

Review: Purchased item MA1550C Skull Horn Cover, Chrome for $163.11 on 6/14/2014. Part received did not fit horn as advertised. Multiple emails to Frank/Les Brown of Metal Arts Inc over 4 month period. Last email from a [redacted] on 8/4/2014 in which indication was that Metal Arts had an appropriate replacement to ship. This replacement never shipped and communications (responses) from Metal Arts stopped. Simply requested refund within my last communications to Metal Arts 9/19/2014 and 10/2/2014. Still no response. Bad business. Please assist.Desired Settlement: Simple refund for item.
