Review: [redacted] and [redacted] of Metal & Glass Solutions, Metal & Glass Solutions Inc, Metal & Glass Solutions LLC, Metal & Glass Putnam LLC breached contract agreement. [redacted] was given a deposit check for $35,000 which was cashed and they never returned a call, email, text since then. Project location was for [redacted]. After an agreed site visit at there fabrication facility located at [redacted] we were informed by the staff that the facility has been closed off by the landlord for over a year due to non payment of rent. They are illegally conducting business and trespassing. I found out also from the staff that [redacted] stole the money to restore power approx 2 months ago and has no intention of paying the money back. Since then several of there employees have resigned and have all turned against Metal & Glass Solutions claiming unsafe work conditions, owed wages for work performed, chronic manipulation of clients and vendors throughout New York City. They are currently working on a project at [redacted]. We hired this company as a sub contractor to honor there purchase order agreement along with a signed notarized partial lien waiver which was signed by [redacted]. They failed to deliver the project on the agreed October [redacted] deadline. This project was awarded 7/**/2014. There has been no ordered material, nothing was fabricated and no response since the money was cashed. We lost the contract with the client since the project never happen. Metal & Glass Solutions was informed via email the situation which they refuse to respond. On October [redacted] 2014 [redacted] was spotted exiting there current job site located at [redacted] which [redacted] verbally agreed to return the money in full by Friday October 3[redacted], 2014 which he never happened.Desired Settlement: Immediate Full refund of $35,000 to be returned to New York Construction Associates LLC located at [redacted]
