My dealings with Cash and Carry Carpet Centre [redacted] in Ottawa included the purchase and installation of hardwood flooring and carpetingI am extremely satisfied with the sales service from [redacted] who was genuinely interested in helping me make the right choices of wood and carpet for my needsIn addition, the installers did a fabulous job [redacted] , who laid the floor and ***, who installed the carpet were courteous, answered my questions, explained the process of installation, worked diligently and efficiently which is why I am writing this review of all three of their professional services
I had carpet installed May on two sets of stairs and a basementInstallers were nice and on timeThey appeared to do a great jobAfterwards I noticed two staples that were not placed properlyOne is poking out at the bottom of a stair where someone could step on it, and another is visible every time you walk up the stairsI figure the staples are there for a reason and do not want to pull them out without replacement staplesI have contacted the company three times since May and they keep telling me they will fix it but never show up when they say they willAfter a month of waiting I will have someone else fix it and quit letting this company waste my timeI would not use this company if you expect them to fix their mistakes or value your timeThe rest of the installation looks good, so as long as they don't make a mistake they are ok
