I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The issue was refunded by [redacted] but after [redacted] buyer protection refunded as the seller initially declined to refund themselves. [redacted] policy requires sellers to help which this seller does not. [redacted] had to essentially complete a chargeback.

responsible for the cost of return shipping for the item she wishes to return to business.Charlie said the consumer however will not be charged a restocking fee.Charlie also said the consumer would need to determine if she wishes to have a replacement item sent to her or receive a refund.

Company responded via phone as follows:The consumer was issued a refund via [redacted] on 7/21/2017.     A return authorization was provided but was not printed out.  The documents showing the refund are attached.
