This is not accurate. No representative of Metal Roofs of Texas ever tried calling me and I failed to answer the...
call! After several attempts of MYSELF calling Metal Roofs of Texas , sending e-mails and dealing with the Revdex.com to mediate between both I and Metal Roofs of Texas, I saw very little results. Metal roofs of Texas did send a crew out to do some repairs shortly after the repairs were made it rained. once again..... the leak came into my kitchen causing even more damage. I was extremely frustrated when I tried to call Mr. [redacted] and got no response . I then called the office and told them I was going to get a Lawyer and that I would see them in court. It only took 5 minutes and the owner, Mr. [redacted] contacted me and said he was sending Mr. [redacted] out with blowers and a dehumidifier to dry everything up and that he would come out Saturday 01/09/16. Mr. [redacted] did show up with the equipment to dry out my kitchen and Mr. [redacted] did come out to survey the damage. the following day he sent a crew out to do repairs. It remains to be seen if the repairs were successful because they tried on two separate occasions and were unsuccessful . I am currently Trying to give Mr. [redacted] the opportunity to get this done properly. I will be in touch with him this weekend for a follow up on said repairs. He has promised to fix the roof to my satisfaction and repair the ceiling in my kitchen where the roof leaked but I'm a bit skeptical because these promises have been made before and it has taken months for any work to come about. Ultimately it took me threatening a law suit for them to take me seriously and do what they said they would do months ago. To summarize we are currently in negotiations and we have not yet come to a resolve, only when the work has been completed properly will there be a resolve.
