checking into this matterI have not heard from the company that I paid the check to - nothingI've called them and no one will return a call or answer meI have heard from the installer, who as I understand it is a licensed subcontractorHe has said that he will come this Sunday 10/30/to make the repairsHowever, he has said that before in texts, which I've kept, and never showed upWe'll see if he actually comesI have gathered all my documentation - texts, pictures, dates, etc.- so I have that if you need more info.At one time, Bob, the scheduler said that I would be receiving a check for $as a sorry for there being a delay - haven't received that either

Michael B*** is a good salesman, that's where it stopsHired We Do Metal Roofs, paid job in full because they offered a discount, big mistakeBob told us roof would start in about two weeks, after a month of dates that came and went from Michael, no roofThen they were to come and measure the roof again, after two more weeks they finally cameTwo weeks later and promise dates come and go they finally arrived to install roofTwo full months after payment was madeMichael will tell you anything to string you alongTerrible communication, they will not call you backHad water come in the house after a bad rain after the first day they started work, because the roof was only half finishedMinimal prep done the roof was put over existing drip edge and now my gutters will not catch the rainI will have to redo themOne gutter was removed and never reinstalledI hate to see if I have a problem with the roof not sure if they will even come back? Worst company I have ever delt with
