with two other items that had been picked up the same day.  Upon inspection of the materials two of the three items were returnable for resale.  The items in question, 14 pieces of polycarbonate “skylights” panels were clearly nonreturnable.  All 14 pieces had evidence of damage, scratches, dents and grey tape that was attached the polycarbonate panels (see attached pictures).  All 14 pieces were not in a condition to be put back in stock for resale.  We communicated to our customer [redacted] Management the condition of the polycarbonate panels and refund would not be issued for any of the 14 pieces of polycarbonate panels.  Upon further discussion with[redacted] Management we agreed to waive the 25% re-stocking fee on the two other items that were refunded in full and that were in resale condition.  We then shipped the non-returnable polycarbonate panels to [redacted] Management for Mr. [redacted] to pick up there.
