I am rejecting this response because:
Karls's was aware at the time I requested the shelf that this line of furniture was being discontinued. I was trying to decide between the armoire and another piece of furniture. I told them the armoire lacked storage space, but if I were able to get an extra shelf, I would go with the armoire. I was told that would not be a problem at all. I made Brad aware of the problems with the handles as soon as I took delivery. He said he would get them fixed. They had picked the furniture up from the manufacturer (wasn't something sitting in their store) right before they delivered it to me. They should have made sure everything looked ok, but even if that slipped though, they could have let the manufacturer know immediately while there was an opportunity to get replacement handles and shelf. I am now stuck with a mismatched set because of their failure to address my concerns immediately. I purchased this furniture when I was weeks pregnant. My baby is now months old. It is ludicrous to say they are still working on a solution. Brad came out once last fall to fix some scratches in the furniture (that took months and many broken promises to get him here) ,and he promised he would follow up on the other issues, even if he had to make a shelf for me. The fact is that I filed this complaint because I have had no response sin to my numerous phone calls and emails that I sent to follow up on this, despite even suggesting I would take further action.

Complaint number[redacted]Karl's is aware of the shelf and replacement of handles. Unfortunately, the manufacture discontinued the collection called the [redacted], which is what [redacted] purchased. The extra shelf for the armoire was never charged to [redacted]. However,Karl's is still attempting to...

find a extra shelf that would fit the armoire. The handles are also not available due to the collection being discontinued but Karl's continues to search for handles to match. We apologize for the inconvenience. Karl's will do its best to resolve this matter as soon as possible.
