Took two small aluminum plates in to have chrome platedThe owner said he would have them done in a weekAfter numerous phone calls to the business, they were supposedly done after two weeksWent in to pick them up and one was poor quality (many scratches that had not been polished out and a bunch of blotches and imperfections) and the other was even worseI did not want to accept either one, but the owner was full of excuses and said he could not do the first one any betterI reluctantly accepted it and he kept the second one to redo itAgain it was supposed to be done in a weekIt took two weeks and numerous phone calls again before it was readyWhen I went in to pick it up, it looked about like the first onePoor quality with a lot of scratches and blotches in the chromeOwner was full of excuses and very difficult to deal withI had a couple steel parts chromed by him a few years ago and was not happy that time eitherGuess I am a slow learner, as I went back this second timeI would never do business with this man again! By the way, I paid the full price for this very poor quality workWould give zero star rating if it was available

I had an amazing experience hereI have bad credit and they got me a great financing opportunityThe salesman was amazingThe whole experience was amazing

Bottom Line Up Front - STAY AWAY FROM KEATING NISSAN!
I found the perfect car online and it was sitting on the lot at Keating Nissan I drove for three and a half hours with high hopes of getting that car for my son Everything seemed to be going fine until I start questioning the APEX GPS installed on the car for an additional $1,or $1,800; can't remember the exact number I am told that Keating installs the APEX GPS on ALL cars on the lot Keep in mind, this above the and beyond the advertised price The advertised price is apparently there to lure you onto the lot Then you get to see all the added expensesBottom line - I don't want an APEX GPS at any price, just remove it I am told that I will still have to pay an additional $for the labor involved with the removal of the GPS This is getting pretty silly, pretty fastThen I notice on the CarFax Report that this car was sold new at Keating, and was now being sold as a Certified Pre-Owned at Keating So I point out that this APEX GPS has already been bought-and-paid-for by the previous owner and that I should not have to pay for it at all The salesman consults with the Sales Manager and comes back with the answer; the APEX GPS is NOT transferable, so it was removed and a new one installed That was a good answer until you consult the APEX GPS manufacturer's website and find that their products are completely transferableThis was the biggest area of contention; there were othersI appears that the sales staff will say anything, and do anything to get you, the buyer, to pay a multitude of additional expensesI get it; every car dealership wants to get top dollar, and every buyer wants the lowest price In my opinion, at Keating, you are dealing into a rigged gameI don't normally leave reviews, but for Keating, I am posting this review on multiple websites I hope that someone out there is saved from this experience by me going publicI'll say it again - STAY AWAY FROM KEATING NISSAN!
