her to wait 21 business days. Made the exception of 70 less cards than are minimum plus no additional cost for rushing the job out. We shipped 50 cards, 20 free roughly 40 percent of the entire order. Customer saw 5 cards made a different way liked it and wanted us to redo. No Mam those were part of the 20 free cards and made a different fiber etching process for you to compare for future orders. Now looking back we suppose that also wasnt good enough. She wanted us to give her a discount after giving her the universe already. Called in to taunt us that she is giving the business to a competitor because we declined to continue giving her , her way.... a Discount. We simply communicated back thats not an issue they can have the 30 card order as we have already taken 2.2million dollars in sales from them last year alone, showed proof to her and gave her there supplier. Next time in this situation we will try to be more politically correct, and or how Frank would say it Kiss some more as by giving a discount.  In future this lady has nothing! To worry about. We will not blink an eye worry about her name, her company name and to us, as Kevin O'leary from the Shark Tank says " Your Dead To Me".9 Day Manufacturing sound like a long time lets break it down. Printing on Metal Ink could take up to 72 hours per color per side to cure/ Dry. That alone is 6 total days. Acid Etching 17 step process must be completed before printing. Thank you Brian
