Mr*** in out office spoke with the customer. We clearly on all units sent out mark that the customer should insect the units for any damage BEFORE signing for it. The customer signed for the unit
free and clear In addition, the customer has filed a freight claim with Old Dominion, therefore we are not able to do so Again, as the customer signed the Proof of Delivery and did not indicate any damages we cannot replace the unit.
