On december 2104, Ms*** came in to get her ears piercedShe was given the option to use hoops or studsShe chose to go with studs
"MARGIN: 0in 0.25in 0pt 0.05in">She was given multiple options for jewelry selectionShe chose 18g Titanium Disk Backs with medium 14k yellow gold beads
The piercing fee was $25, and the studs were $per piece
These prices were gone over twice in the lobby, and were on her consent form, which she filled out and signedThe piercings were done, she paid $
On february 2015, Ms*** called the studio and spoke with one of our piercersShe stated that she had gone into another studio, and that piercer had informed her that our jewelry wasn't real 14k because it wasn't stamped with the 14k insigniaMy piercer explained that high end body jewelry would never stamp their surface due to issues with healingThat any imperfection on the surface of the jewelry could harbor bacteria and therefore interfere with healingOn february 4th 2015, Ms*** came into Metamorphosis and spoke with meShe said that we hadn't informed her on the cost of the jewelry, and that we had told her that the studs were all goldI explained that all of our studs are implant grade titanium with a variety of frontsShe said that she wasn't told any of thisI apologized for any confusion, and explained that our jewelry was non refundableThis is also on her consent form, which she signed
We take pride in our craft and in the reputation of MetamorphosisIt is never good when someone is unhappy with their service

I had an allergic reaction to the jewlery that was used in my new ear piercings. I requested 14k gold earrings in my new piercings. That is not what I received.
