Dear Revdex.comWe have reviewed Ms [redacted]s complaint and although we are not responsible for manufacturer recalls and her 30 day warranty had clearly expired.  We want to let Ms [redacted] know that our desire to resolve all complaints and in order to accommodate her request we will remove this from her...

I am rejecting this response because: Again, if it was metcalf's desire to work this out with me, we would not be having to go thru the Revdex.com to do so. I have already been in more than once to speak to management, yet here we still are. If they are referring to my account being delinquent with the service department, I am not going to pay for work I did not need nor request. Metcalf took it upon themselves to decide what to do to my vehicle, rather than checking off the list they were given, and although it has not Not started again, as was the problem before (one of many) it has since started making a noise it never made before, the message saying to 'check gas cap' has started to come on, 2 of 3 brake lights don't work, (on the list) I have to drive with my brights on at night because the driver's side headlight that was supposed to have been fixed the VERY FIRST time I took it in STILL doesn't work (I have taken it to o'reilly's more than once, every time I've been told it's the wiring not the bulb which was on the last 3 lists metcalf was given and they blatantly ignored the request to make it so I have properly working headlights,) only one of my 4 turn signals work, (was also on the list,) the gas gauge is Still off, causing me to have run out of gas more than once Since the last time I took it in because it says I have gas when I really don't, (also something Metcalf was aware of and asked to fix which again, they ignored,) the list goes on and on. As far as my actual car payment, according to my records, I have paid metcalf over $5600 for a car that according to Kelly blue book is only worth $1500....and this is for a vehicle that has all of the issues listed above (plus more) Still, Currently, as we speak, to this day Even Tho I have taken it in multiple times to be fixed. The next time I go into Metcalf will be to drop off the car, key, and title. And as always, they are more than welcome to come pick it up should they so choose. It is comical to me that in a desperate attempt to try to make me look bad, they say my account is delinquent even though we are in a dispute about this vehicle. Hopefully, they will not try to turn around and re-sell it as is or if they do, hopefully the next person will be wise enough to exercise their rights with the lemon law that the state of KS has to try to prevent "businesses" like metcalf from ripping people off. The car was initially sold to me for twice the value I've already paid, which again, is about 6x the actual value of the car in the condition it's currently in, again, due to Metcalf's blatant refusal to fix all of the issues that were presented to them - even tho they have been aware of the major issues since I purchased the car. They prey on people who are already struggling and do nothing whatsoever to make themselves actually be the reputable 'dealership' they portray themselves to be. In conclusion, please let it be known that the ONLY person there who is of any integrity is **, my account manager. He really has tried to do everything he can for me which I greatly appreciate. Unfortunately, his superiors have made it so I don't even want to deal w/ them anymore. Nothing against ** tho, he is awesome and I'm thankful for all he tried to do to help me.

I contacted Ms [redacted] and told her we would remove that device and install one that does not require a code. She seemed happy and is scheduled to come in on sat April 4th.

Dear Revdex.com and Ms. [redacted]We have on a few occasions assisted Ms. [redacted] on mechanical repairs on her car when she was out of warranty and even allowed her to make payments to us on those repairs.   Her car was even towed in by the police dept and we paid the $425.00 bill to get it out of the...

tow lot and we did not charge Ms. [redacted] even though it was her responsibility .  It is our desire to try and assist her to get her car fixed either here or she is free to take it elsewhere. I am truly sorry Ms. [redacted] has a negative opinion of us.  My hope is that she can come into our office and we can hopefully resolve our differences.  Respectfully,[redacted]Metcalf Auto Plaza
