I just had Metcalf Paving take out my old driveway and put a new driveway in at my houseI met with Tom M*** and got an estimate from himThe price was very competitive and he actually offered a ticker driveway then all the others The communication from Tom was excellentHe let me know what day and time he would be showing up in did show up on time He communicated with me throughout the process to make sure that I was satisfied with the layout and the job as it progressedWhen he put the asphalt down, it compacted to at least inches and thicker in some spotsWhen he was done installing my driveway it was what I wanted and it looked beautifulHis staff that he had with him throughout the job was also professionalThis was one of those times when I got what I was promised and was happy to pay for the job when it was completedI would recommend using (Tom) Metcalf Paving of North Stonington, Connecticut to anyone in need of a driveway

M*** Paving repaved my driveway and I was very pleased with the entire processTom M*** and his crew were courteous and efficient, and the job was completed in a timely manner on the date promisedWhile I am not qualified to judge the quality of the work, I have no reason to believe that it was not done properlyMy problem is that upon completion of the job, MrM*** told me that some irregularities could be smoothed over in the fall when the weather wasn’t so hot, and I should contact him thenI tried to contact MrM*** that fall about the irregularities and some other questions that I had, and left numerous messages on his work phone, but he failed to return my callsAfter about five or six unreturned calls to his work number, I finally reached MrM*** on his cell phoneHe told me that he was out of town, but would get back to me as soon as he returnedAgain, no return callAfter several more unreturned messages, I finally gave up, as the issues I had weren’t very serious
