PreOrdered item with advertised shipping date of 1/15/2020. Company will not answer phone calls, emails or return messages.
Will not answer phone at their office. Will not return phone messages or emails. Were communicating with me on Facebook Messenger but now I have been blocked. On rare occasions that I have successfully reached someone they say my order will ship "next week" or "by the end of the week". Have been told this for about four weeks at this point. My main complaint is that they refuse to communicate with me.

Desired Outcome

Ship the order I placed on 12/20/2019. Provide me with the shipping confirmation.

I received an email from Mr. (see attached). None of his allegations about my behavior are true. Yes I placed multiple calls, sent multiple emails and tried to communicate with them on Facebook and Facebook Messenger. I was blocked on their Facebook and Messenger pages. I have screenshots of the Messenger conversations. Not one of my phone calls to them were answered. I did receive a couple of emails from them that stated delivery schedules that did not happen and were inaccurate and misleading. Their failure to communicate with me was very aggravating and unprofessional. There answer for when my order would ship was always "next week" or "by the end of the week". None of their statements about delivery times were accurate. I believe that they were simply telling me something on hope that I would go away and leave them alone. All I want is for the items that I ordered from them on 12/20/2019 to be shipped and delivered to my address in a timely manner with no more delays and excuses.

It has been well over 24 hours since the company advised me that THEY had chosen to cancel my order. I DID NOT ask them to cancel the order. I would be happy to end my complaint if they would just send me all of the items I ordered on 12/20/2019 immediately.

The business canceled my order without my authorization. Per their email the company CEO canceled my order without my permission and didn't even have the professional courtesy to contact me himself. The email came from one of his employees telling me that their CEO ***) canceled my order.

I have since discovered that this company is, or has been, involved in patent litigation over this product.

This entire ordeal was unnecessary, if CAA had behaved in a professional manner and had delivered what they advertised when they said they would all of this would have never happened. Instead they chose to ignore customers and consistently misled customers about shipping delays and expectations.

I am not going to spend anymore time on this. Just not worth it. I intend to purchase the product from its original creator because the product that CAA is selling is a dangerous knock off of the original. Buyer Beware.

Never received the product and COMMANDARMS refuse to refund my money. Stated that once the product left their store, they are no longer responsible.
I ordered a MICRO Roni from CAAgearup (COMMANDARMS) and never received the item. I had to reach out to the company to request the tracking number. My experience as far as purchasing the item was great. I had every intention to continue to do business with the company. The item was purchased on 08/14/18. The item was scheduled to be delivered on 08/16/18. I did not receive the item and checked with my apartment front office and neighbors and no one had received the package. I reached out to COMMANDARMS and was told by Sales Manager *** that "Once the item leaves our store, we are no longer responsible." What interesting about that is that their website does not state that. I was also told by Mr. that after filing a claim with FedEx on my behalf, it was denied. So what I took from this experience is that if you place an order from this comapany, and as stated by Mr., "We fulfilled your order and shipped it. What happens afterward is out of our hands." Also state by Mr., the "Sales Manager," "Once the product leaves our doors it's up to the carrier to deliver the customers items. This is what they are being paid to do. Any issues with deliveries is up to the carrier to make right." What kind of customer service is this. $368 dollars I'm out of.

Customer called and reported his package was not delivered. I filled out a claims form for the customers missing package and submitted to FedEx. FedEx contacted me back and said his claim was denied. Customer should file Revdex.com complaint with FedEx and not us. Thank you.

(I thought I sent this information to the Revdex.com the day after receiving the complaint. Evidently it failed to send and I apologize)

Company should have insured the package. If I did not receive the package nor did I receive an email informing that the package had been shipped and a tracking number. I had to call the company to inquire about a shipping date and tracking number. Usually when a company is notified by a customer that they have not received their package, the company would either reimburse the customer or ship another item replacing the one that was not delivered. This company website nor policy states that once the item leaves their warehouse, they are no longer responsible. Poor excuse for a business.

Supporting documents attached that we did notify customer that his packaged shipped. There's two screen shots from when we sent the invoice to customer with the tracking number. Additionally, there is a copy of the cash sale that was emailed to the customer that also shows the tracking number on it.

I see the tracking number on the receipt but doesn't state what company the shipment would be delivered by.
