Method Maids

Review: After speaking with the owner of Method Maids, we agreed to $1,200 for 26 house cleanings (twice a month for a year). After paying 2 invoices, totaling $1,200, I was contacted twice by the scheduling person for Method Maid to attempt to set up a time for my initial cleaning after which I heard nothing more from the business. After about a month of no response, I decided that I wanted a refund of my $1,200. I contacted the business via email 5 times requesting a refund. I also called the number on the website, and got a voicemail recording. In addition to these requests, I also contacted the owner of the business via text message and attempted to speak with him on the phone.Desired Settlement: I would just like to have my money refunded. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges.
