We contacted this company to transfer our shopify items to our amazon store they could not do it and they kept on charging our account for 99 $ every month since October of 2015.

They have not provided us any service at all. Total rip off.

Desired Outcome

Refund Issue us total refund of amount charged since 2015.

Our position is that the consumer knowingly registered for a "cancel-anytime" software subscription and this billing method was acknowledged and addressed in February 2016.

After this interaction, the consumer received three additional support tickets as well as the receipts of the 18 monthly invoices to the email address on file, with no response. This client clearly neglected his responsibilities to use the software appropriately and is blatantly trying to shift the blame on us.

On October 20, 2015, the consumer requested an Amazon feed per Ticket# 5400 (ticket details attached). We advised the consumer that Amazon requires more product information to create listings; the consumer advised that he would provide the data requirements to proceed. On February 18, 2016, the consumer called for a credit and asked to proceed with the Amazon feed. Following his call, we advised that his product data did not meet the Amazon requirements. Additionally, we credited the first four monthly invoices towards his upcoming invoices per the consumer's request (see Ticket XXXXX attached). Please see the invoice summary attached (Zulco-GodataFeed-Invoices.jpg). The consumer did not respond to any of our communications since this comment.

The consumer called us December 27, 2017, with threats of legal action for fraudulently charging his credit card for the past 24 months. We advised that this subscription was not fraudulent activity as it was created by him and that he can cancel at any time. We immediately canceled his account. The consumer used obscene language with our director (calling her a m-f-r) therefore our support team is no longer allowed to accept his calls.
He may only communicate in writing, such as support ticket or email. The consumer did not pursue a written conversation.

We will not allow customers, such as Mr., to abuse our employees or slander our good name. Especially after all the attempts and credits we made to rectify his obvious negligence.

In addition, we've done our research on Mr. and his frivolously litigious nature is evident- just google his company's name.
