I own a house at [redacted] at which Method is the association manager.The golf course keeps spraying water on my metal fence which now has rust damage for the second time[redacted] at Method says the golf course is responsible and [redacted] at [redacted] golf course stated they were there first and are not responsibleI thought HOA's were supposed to look out for the homeowners

This company has been in charge of my Home Owner's Association for *** *** and is absolutely horrible They never answer the phone and when they do, they are rude and extremely unpleasant When we sold our house, they tried to tell the title company that we were delinquent on our HOA dues The statement that they provided showed several missing dues that we researched our bank statements and found the cashed checks! They also claimed that they had sent us numerous late notices and that was a lie We never had any idea they were keeping records I am wondering if they cash the checks to some phantom account and are embezzling When we called to try to resolve this, we kept getting the answering machine with no calls back Finally we reached *** who told us "F* you" and hung up on usWe had to involve our realtor and the title company manager threatened to withold payment to them until the owner finally agreed to send an updated statement after we submitted proof our checks had been cashed Other homeowners should call and check their accounts They are so busy cashing checks and stashing them who knows where Meanwhile, people are allowed to let their weeds and landscaping get out of control with nothing being done What a joke these guys are

I thought HOA's were supposed to look out for the
homeowners.

Method Real Estate had a signed lease agreement from Feb 1, 2014 through Oct 31, 2015. Moved out of their suite Feb 27, 2015, then let the landlord know they moved out. No notice was given, and rent is stilled owed. The owners of Method Real Estate are not communicating with the landlord to resolve the balance owed.

We submitted a refund for this owner in early August. I will have accounting confirm if the check has cleared the bank.
