The instruction to use in-network provider only was given to the doctor and the hospital. They had noted this on their paperwork. This was a $100,000 procedure. All the provid[redacted] used was in-network except this one. As per my insurance company (United...
Healthcare) and ERS, this should be an issue with the provider and the hospital. You are not responsible to this.
I am just requesting the provider to stop harassing me.
