Review: In July 2014 I cancelled my Metlife Auto & Home policy. My agent [redacted] cancelled the policy with the incorrect date. Due to this error we were notified by Kemba Credit Union that we lapsed our auto insurance and they increased our payment by $25. I contacted [redacted] and he stated he would correct the issue. I now find out that I've been sent to collections for $38.00 because of [redacted]'s error. I've reached out to [redacted] multiple times to get this corrected and he will not respond back to me. This was an error on Metlife with there agent. I do not believe we should have to pay them $38.00 when we are still trying to get our payment issue with Kemba resolved because of [redacted]s error.Desired Settlement: Correct billing and contact Credit Collection Services agency to stop collections.
