I am rejecting this response because:
The complaint at hand regards the commercial aspect of my financial losses due to the stadium's wrongful ejection. I am not seeking further action from Mr. [redacted] security and safety services nor am I seeking any apology or disciplinary measures on his employees - I fully understand that mistakes may occur, and that Mr. [redacted] has resolved circumstances on that incident with my wife.I continue to request reimbursement for my costs of $1,200. In actuality, I have underestimated some of the expenses from my original (e.g., parking was actually ~$100 for just one vehicle), but nevertheless, I would be satisfied with the same amount originally requested.

As a follow up to my previous email concerning this specific complaint ID, we’ve found that our Vice President of Security & Safety Services, Danny D[redacted], has already been speaking with Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] about their concerns. There seem to be some discrepencies in Mr....
[redacted] statement of the problem but if either he or his wife wish to speak further about this, they should reach out to Mr. [redacted] to continue their conversation with him.
