the photos provided.    In no way was an accusation was meant for the customer, only a suggestions that the chair might have been caught in the slide out during retraction.  As per the photos it appeared that the chair exploded. We realize that this was a disappointment to the customer, every attempt was made by Metra RV to obtain warranty recompense.  Northwood Manufacture did offer a replacement chair at cost.
