Good afternoon, Under the SC landlord tenant all monies must be returned within daysOur accounting team was late in cutting the check and today being the 30th day our accounting team will be cutting the check and will over night it Ms*** should receive it tomorrowTo My knowledge the only message I received a message from Ms[redacted] at pm yesterday in regards to the refund but I had already left the office so I planned on calling her this morningI actually did speak with Ms [redacted] this morning and apologized for the delay and informed her I had no knowledge of her contacting our office for meShe understood and I will be calling her throughout the check cutting and mailing processWe hope that this situation is resolved as we always want our companies reputation to stay high Best Regards,Ashley C [redacted]
