On multiple occasions, Metrix has requested documentation from both parties regarding the transactions [redacted] at Prime Time references above and we have yet to see it Again, once we can corroborate what's been told to us with what's actually happened we're more than happy to refund the monies owed to the right party This isn't something that takes Prime Time "out of their way" at all yet seems so difficult for them and/or their "customer" to provide Very concerning for someone we thought we'd have a valuable relationship with

We reiterate, Metrix is more than happy to refund the deposit to its rightful owner with evidence that the deposit originated from Prime Time's customer Metrix has repeatedly asked for the money trail and neither the customer nor Prime Time have come forth with it and both claim to be the source of the deposit We're not interested in another unsubstantiated Revdex.com claim from either party in the event one of them still seeks a deposit they never sent
The only reason small claims court will be necessary is in the event *** *** will need to defend himself for fraudulent activity he committed while trying to broker a transaction to Metrix Metrix stopped accepting transactions from *** *** at Prime Time as soon as we were given the run-around on where the deposit came from
As soon as documentation is provided that shows who originated the deposit, we will refund the monies

Application was filed with METRIC CAPITAL for a funding project in the amount of $They asked for an upfront first and last payment for the transactionWe agreed to provide only the first month payment which they acceptedThey were not able to provide the $but could provide $This arrangement
would not serve our needsWe asked for the return of our First month payment be returned inasmuch as a loan could not be arranged
They responded by saying we would have to take the matter to Small Claims Court to get our refund on a loan that never took place

*** *** at Prime Time Systems is a loan broker who attempted to obtain financing for a customer of hisPrime Time did NOT apply for a loan, but wired
the deposit to Metrix claiming Prime Time received a deposit from the customer who Metrix has a signed agreement with
Metrix approved the customer, but they were not satisfied with the terms and Metrix agreed to promptly refund the deposit to the customer without any issue *** *** at Prime Time insisted Metrix send Prime time the refunded amount of the deposit claiming now that the customer never sent Prime Time a deposit
When Metrix called the customer directly to refund the deposit the customer claimed they sent Prime Time a deposit
At that point and to this day, Metrix is unclear about who to send the deposit refund to as we have asked for proof of the money trail to see if the customer is really even a legitimate business entity Neither party will send Metrix the necessary documentation so that we may refund the rightful owner of the deposit and protect ourselves.

Metrix Capital is stalling! All PRIME TIME SYSTEMS is asking for is a refund for only the amount of the check
Revdex.com has a copy of. This deposit was to be for a first payment on a loan we were seeking for our client [redacted] that never happened.
A side note; This first payment was calculated on a higher loan amount than Metrix eventually committed to.
 
Metrix first asked for an advance first and last months payment for the loan [redacted] was applying for.
There was a time limit on acquiring the loan. [redacted] purchased dental equipment from an auction and was needing to
make payment. [redacted] is in New England, PRIME TIME SYSTEMS is in Salt Lake City, Matrix Capital is in Anaheim, California.
 
So to expedite the process, PRIME TIME SYSTEMS sent Metrix capital the first payment, which Metrix agreed to. 
Later on our client, [redacted], did forward to PRIME TIME SYSTEMS the exact amount of the first payment. 
 
Metrix could not arrange a loan in the amount required so the deal fell through. 
 
PRIME TIME SYSTEMS has returned to our client the full amount paid PRIME TIME SYSTEMS in a wire transfer
8-12-2014.  Documentation is available. Our client [redacted] will also be available to verify as well.
 
Fraud? Where?            We go out of our way to be fair in our business dealings. This is why we reimbursed the Dr.
