After researching the basics of duct cleaning and the various methods and tools that are used in the trade these days we learned that we would need a company that could clean the ducts in an older home with wires/plumbing that was running through portions of the ducts without damage. Spinning brushes, while effective, wouldn't be an option in our case. We called around and explained our situation. Air-O-Vac was willing to listen and fully explain the methods and tools that they would be utilizing in servicing our home. They clearly explained up front what the promotional pricing included/excluded and what additional vents and services would cost.

On the day of service, the 2-man crew showed up on time and we walked through the home prior to any setup to go over areas of concern and they explained the process in detail. Over the course of the service call, the technicians were able to answer all my questions. They planned out the cleanest option to bring the hoses/tubes into the house and furnace room. No boots were worn inside the home and no mess was left behind.

After the job was completed and the crew had left, we used a cell phone to take some after pictures to ensure we were satisfied with the work. We had noticed that two return ducts appeared to have some debris that should have been cleaned out.

One quick call to the office, and no questions asked, the crew returned later the same day and addressed the issue.

We are 100% satisfied with the service performed by Air-O-Vac. Top job!

We had Air-o-vac service our home today. We almost went with someone else since the lady on the phone wasn't very professional as she was being rude in her tone and delivery (younger lady was rude, the older lady was pleasant) I'm glad we looked beyond her lack of customer service skills as the crew who came to our home were very nice, knowledgable, professional and provided efficient service. I would hire them again.

I had to cancel an appointment with air-o-vac for a dental emergency and was hassled about not giving enough notice. I realize that time is money. The secretary was mad and rude and told me there'd be a $50 charge for not giving any notice. She then began to give me a lesson about how I'm personally at fault for the loss of taxpayers money because she assumed that I cancelled appointments with the DR'S office as well. I was even called an it right before hanging up on this person. You can charge me the $50 cancellation fee if you want but you lost the $200+ bill that is going to another duct cleaning service for having such poor customer service.
