Taxi cab did not use meter and wanted credit card and drivers license informationCab ride from [redacted] in[redacted] to[redacted] airport. Driver did not use fare meter and wanted credit card information written with driver license. Driver got angry with me when I questioned why he did not use meter. I had to pay him in cash. I called the cab company while I was in the cab and they hung up on me.Desired SettlementI would like for them to refund the entire fare.
