Metro Air Duct Cleaning

Review: I paid for a dryer vent cleaning and upgraded to a dryer vent cleaning as well as cleaning of the back of my dryer. After the technician left my dryer was not working, I attempted to contact the service provider looking for advice and no one returned my call or email. After a few days my husband took the system apart and found enough dryer lint and debris to fill a large coffee can. I have called numerous times and emailed several times, NO RESPONSE. I informed them through email that we understand mistakes happen and we just wanted our measly $16.05( the upgrade for cleaning the dryer back) back out of principle I had bought the service through Amazon local and was able to get my other money back from them. I also informed them that if I didn't hear back I would have to assume it was not an accident and that they run a shady business ripping people off and causing damage to their appliances.Desired Settlement: My money back.
