Darren at Metro Air really went to bat for me with Trane I had an all new system and ductwork installed After 1/months the compressor went bad; Trane wanted to replace the compressor only, but Darren was able to get a whole new unit He was so amazing and his installers are a credit to him and the company I have recommend Metro Air to a neighbor who has also used them and was just as pleased I had used another another air conditioning company for years and had bought different units from them in that time I am so very happy I switched to Metro Air

Ive had a GREAT EXPERIENCE dealing with METRO AIR in Largo Florida. Darren and Dennis , the owners, were a delight to work with . Id had several estimates. The estimate from METRO was the best for the best equipment for a total replacement of my old HVAC system. They , Dennis and Darren, along with their lead man Jeremy and his crew are polite PROFESSIONAL and a pleasure to work with. The job was done without any hitches and the cleanup was as though they had never even been here. Thank you all for a great experience. I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WITHOUT RESERVATION!!!

After 3 1/2 months the compressor went bad; Trane wanted to replace the compressor only, but Darren was able to get a whole new unit. He was so amazing and his installers are a credit to him and the company. I have recommend Metro Air to a neighbor who has also used them and was just as pleased. I had used another another air conditioning company for 35 years and had bought 4 different units from them in that time. I am so very happy I switched to Metro Air.

Review: Contacted owner about a heat pump/air install that was done one year before I bought condo. After a service call tune up was done this last Saturday it was discovered that the return air vent duct going to new unit was half detached and torn allowing unit to also intake all attic air as well as air in my unit. Owner stated that they would never have gone into attic for this install. The unit is on my roof and the water drain line goes into my attic and into the drain stack in my attic. The invoice clearly states new drain line was installed which I feel would have required them to access attic. This repair cost me $1000.00 and countless wasted dollars of air and heat. Owner offered no help in this matter and homeowners doesn't cover any loss since their was no damage except to my pocketbook. I know this business is not accredited with the Revdex.com but I feel this should be brought to your organization attention since I feel all consumers have a right to know that if they use this business they better be prepared to go behind them and check all work that is supposed to be done. I have taken before and after pictures to document this problem and the correct repair that was done.Desired Settlement: Some type of reimbursement from the company to help compensate me for the $1000.00 repair cost I had to,pay out of pocket
