Metro Area Roofing

Review: I had a contract with [redacted] ( owner of Metro Roofing) to reshingle and repair my roof.Upon completion of the work I paid him in full. [redacted] never paid his material supplier(ABC Supply Co. Inc. of Kenosha, Wisconsin) but kept the money for himself. Now ABC Supply wants me to pay them $3,105.11 for the material and is placing a lien on my home for that amount. I havetried to contact [redacted] to resolve this issue but he did not return my calls. He is guiltyof theft by contractor.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to honor the contract and pay ABC Supply for the material.
