I have talked with the bank and the dealershipthe refund belongs to the bankthey take it off of the principalthe check does not go back to the customer as they do not own the truck the bank does

the down was to cover first payment, doc fees and lower her monthly paymentthe was not to cover her *** *** reg fees and the town of *** property taxthat fee is never included with the salebecause it is an unknow number untill the car is registeredsory for any miss

Your above statement does not validate how the deal was made. Myself and 2 witnesses were told our only other out of pocket expense was the inspection sticker, which we confirmed numerous times with the salesman.

We have a letter from your bank stating that they received the refund and used it to pay the principal down before you paid it off. The letter states they will be refunding you a total of 15.96. which represents the surplus from the gap. I will attach a copy for you.
