To Whom It May Concern: Please see attached invoice and Letter of Intent from [redacted] Customer requested that we repair her car to pass inspectionNothing more was to be done to the vehicle due to customer requestThe attached estimate was sent to and approved by The [redacted] In return we received the Letter of Intent for the repairs quotedEverything that was on the estimate was repairedCustomer was told that she would need a front end alignment when she picked the vehicle up (which is a service we do not provide)She returned a week later complaining about brake noise and at that time we told her that the front end alignment needed to be done because it had already caused damage to the work that was doneShe then expressed concerns about her ball jointsWe explained that if she would like an estimate for her ball joints we would be more than happy to provide her with oneShe declinedBall joints were never in the original estimate and we feel that the work should not be done for freeIf there are any questions I can be reached at (804) 386-9778.Thank you,Paul P***
