dated on 08/17/2015 and is reffered to METRO AUTO TRADERS
As customer stated, person who she was contacting, is no longer with our company. She never notified us about any problems with the car, except one time when she was here (we took care of the problem).Even though customer is driving the car for 2 months from sales date without reporting any problems...
we would like to get the car checked for the customer and decide on how we can help our customer. At the same time we would like to assure, if customer contacted us directly- we would take care of the problem right away.best regards
