I respectfully do not agree with the contents of the subject complaintOur kitchen informed that the pizzas (the only item pre ordered) were delivered at 5:At that time they elected to order additional food, and those items did indeed come out laterWe have been in business for years and have maintained an impeccable reputation for courtesy and politenessNever has any one of our employees been accused of offensive language or disrespect to a customerI was informed that they were afforded the opportunity to remain in the party room as long as they wished, and in fact stayed for hours(hour is the regular allotted time) However, in keeping with our reputation of excellent customer relations and service, we will refund the entire purchase price to the customer.?

At that time they elected to order additional food, and those items did indeed come out later. We have been in business for 71 years and...

have maintained an impeccable reputation for courtesy and politeness. Never has any one of our employees been accused of offensive language or disrespect to a customer. I was informed that they were afforded the opportunity to remain in the party room as long as they wished, and in fact stayed for 2 hours. (1 hour is the regular allotted time) However, in keeping with our reputation of excellent customer relations and service, we will refund the entire purchase price to the customer.
