I contacted my warranty department at my subdivision (Southwind Golf and Tennis) and notified them of several bricks falling off the front of my house next to my flowerbedMy warranty had just expired so they referred me directly to Metro Bricks and Stonework for assistanceI notified a representative at the number I received and he assured me this was an easy fix and the company would take care of itMy house was year and month old and bricks should not just "fall off"Completely unacceptableThe gentleman agreed and after the moment we spoke he never answered the phone againHe had me send him pictures of the missing bricks and never responded to my text or phone calls for the last months Product_Or_Service: New construction home
