Review: [redacted] of the store ordered the incorrect item. When the item was brought back he said he could not take it back and after a long discussion only gave us back 20% less than was on the receipt stating that a restocking charge had to be paid. It was clearly his fault that the wrong item was ordered.Desired Settlement: Would like to receive an apology and the the amount that was deducted from original invoice. Which was $34.19
