Have used this company many times and generally have had a decent experience only a few issues once when the dispatcher gave the cab driver the wrong address. He was at 300 block and I live at 1300 block. Recently had the driver change the agreed upon price fixed rate price with my wife while I was out of the car. Driver took advantage of the situation. Spoke with management at MC but did not get any support.
