Upon arriving in my store on March 11th He requested x photos & CD after quoting him the price He agreed & paid $His photos turned out perfect as well as the CD He comes back after hr& says
pictures were not goodHe puts the CD in his laptop & points out spots on the face & he says it's dark I opened the CD on my computer and it was 100% perfect He agreed but still insists not good His lady freind sugested for me to email him the photo instead of scanning of which I agreed But he said no.I also have a sign, says no cash refunds Store credit only This bussiness has been established since 1972.

I am rejecting this response because:
I ultimately did not get what I had asked forI did not ask for a scanned copy I asked for a digital copy and that is why I paid that $29.63.
Yes I showed the photo in my laptop and the flaws were the same in his own pc tooAnd he told me that this is the most he can doI showed him the difference between a scanned copy and a digital photo and he even did not want to talk about it.
He is reiterating that he has been in this business for years but I ask him what a digital photo mean? Is it to take the photo and then scan it? Well if that was the case I would have asked for a hard copy because I can scan the photos myself too.
Places where they cannot provide a digital copy of the photo they tell that they can provide a scanned copyBut he did not do thatHe said a digital copy and scanned the hard copy which made a low quality photoI want a complete refund and do not accept what the photographer has said and I am ready for any kind of justification by a third party.

Dear Sir/ Madam, First of all, we did the right size for herShe came back with one photo that she claims it was out of focusThe picture was fine, in good qualityWe do hundred of pictures every week and we have no issues, whatsoever with any other customerWe offered her to bring back the two
pictures and we would give her a store credit as my store sign clearly mentions, we give no refund. When we explained to her, she got viciously angry, and started using a foul languageI, very politely asked her to leave the storeThenafter, she started taking videos and rather started accusing me of cheating customers and telling me she got attorneys to take care of meSo, after this unfortunate incident that I didn't know would occur I had to tell her that I will call the security.
