Review: MetroCapital will not return my calls.I keep getting the same message,financial advisors are not available leave number and name and your call will be returned shortly.I have called every day for weeks.Also no return Email from [redacted]-Client Services.([redacted].[redacted]).There was not a problem getting in touch with [redacted] ext.[redacted]before she found it was time for my rate reduction.Which I have already paid for 4 more years.I do not think this is any way to run a business.Please help me I dont know what else to do!Desired Settlement: I just want what I paid for. A 0 percent interest rate for 5 years.I have fulfilled my part by not being late on a payment and paying the minimum payment and more.Now I can't get back in touch with them prior to the expiry of my rate.

Review: I found myself deep in debt to credit cards and started looking for help. I found Metro-Capital and thought they could help me, so I signed up and paid a huge fee. They helped with 2 cards then I asked them to help with 2 other cards. I was dealing with a certain person at Metro_Capital who told me he could fix my other 2 cards for a price of $2,995.00, which I paid to him. He gave me some advice, which I now find out was not solid. Then, he disappeared and I was now dealing with a lady, who was a manager. It has been 6 months and I still have no action. Now here is the kicker, they seam to have disappeared. When I dial the phone number, a recording says they can not connect right now. This has been going on for 3 weeks now and when I send an e-mail, it goes unanswered. I don't know if they have disappeared or what, but I need answers.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to finish the job and if not, then return my $2,995.00.

Review: I think this Interest Rate Reduction Service is a scam because the financial advisors that talked to me in January 2014 no longer answer their phones and we can't even leave a message.the advisors name was [redacted] at ###-###-#### and his assistant was [redacted] at ###-###-#### and her email is [redacted]... [redacted] isn't even an email anymore and I can't reach them... the FBI said to make a report at [redacted]Can you help me to find these people.Desired Settlement: refund of the money they asked me to pay for the interest rates reduced and now that I have to call them again - every year - they are no longer in existence

Review: I signed onto MetroCapital to assist me with clearing my credit card debt on 4-**-13. I initially paid a fee of $940 for this assistance. The company assisted with transferring my accounts to 0% interest rates, and told me the company would continue to monitor my accounts. I attempted to call this company when my 0%interest rate was expiring and could not get thru as the number is no longer a working number. I had also attempted to contact them by email and could not locate the website. I have tried off and on for the past 9+ months. Now today I recieved a notice in the mail from Simple RecoverySolutions requesting $485.10. Please help.. I feel action should be taken so this does not happen to other innocent people. . Thank you..Desired Settlement: I feel I should have my initial investment of the $940 as the company never fufilled their part of the agreement and the $485.10 now being requested by collections be dropped or paid by MetroCapital.

Review: I enrolled with metro capital in 2013. For a fee of 1340.00 they negotiated a 0% interest fee for the current credit cards I had. One for 15 mo and the other for 18mo. They guaranteed me, they would continue finding 0% interest rates, til the transferred amount was paid in full. It is time to renegotiate the 15mo card. I can't reach them by phone to do this. They have an auto answer on their line, and can't leave messages to call me back.Desired Settlement: If they are still in business, which I can't tell if they are. I want to continue with the company and their promises they made.

Review: I became a client of MetroCapital last year. I paid for services that were not fully completed. I have been trying to contact them for two months, the phone number, website, and email does not work. It is if they disappeared on their clients. Was this a scam?Desired Settlement: Complete what was started.

Review: I, [redacted], fell prey to a telephone scam that guaranteed me that they would lower my credit card interest rates and help me to get out of credit card debt.. I don't remember,as part of the conversation, ever hearing them tell me that it would cost me $1,450 dollars to have them help me. When my wife came home and I told her what I had done, she said to call them back immediately and cancel whatever this was. I didn't have any way to contact them. They didn't leave me a phone number. I finally received some paperwork in the mail from them. I tried calling but couldn't get thru to them. Around 2/*/13 a new credit card from Discover arrived. It was a 0% card with a rate good only for 7 months and then it turned into 20.99%. We immediately contacted the credit card company to cancel this card. We never activated it. I have a letter from Discover dated 2/**/13 confirming this. We then sent an e-mail on 2/**/13 to Metro Capital again confirming that we cancelled the card and wanted to cancel their service. I also have a copy of this e-mail. The next thing that happened was for Discover to advise us that there was a charge of $1,450 attached to the new credit card we cancelled and that we were responsible for payment. We paid this amount and marked our loss off to stupidity.for allowing ourselves to get scammed. We assumed this was over. This week we received a letter from a collection agency - Simple Recovery Solutions, [redacted] / Phone ####-###-#### - stating that we owed $313.47 to Card Service, [redacted] for processing services that were connected to this original NY company. We don't know what to do. We've already lost $1450, we don't want to compound our loss by paying another $313.47 to some unknown Florida collection agency. We're seniors living on our S.S. We can't afford to pay this agency and we don't know what to do to get this issue resolved.Desired Settlement: Ultimately (and I know this is just a pipe dream) we would like to recover the original $1,450 from Metro Capital and we don't want to have our credit damaged because we don't want to pay an additional $313.47 to this collection agency.
