I am responding to you on behalf of my husband [redacted] because he has macular degeneration and writing is difficultAfter calling for days in a row, a new cartridge was delivered to our homeWe have no idea whether the cartridge will perform poorly as the last one didI zeroxed a copy the form sent to you and addressed it to the manager of the Metro Cartridge store because the salesperson would to give us the manger's nameAs of today, we have not heard from the manager of the storeMy husband will never again do business with Metro but will pay an extra $or more so that we will have a good cartridge and if not will have polite , considerate resolution for any problems encountered from a nearby supplier Sincerely, Rev [redacted] & [redacted]
